Learn: Client meets vendor. Vendor meets client. We begin by learning about your company, its vision, its goals, its needs and understanding how we can advance and enhance all three. This can include researching your competition, studying your products and services, outlining your project, proposing solutions and making recommendations.
Agree: The expectations of each party are set. This the money and contract part. :) At this step, we want to know more about your communication style, when you'd prefer a phone call over an email and vice versa, who the designated points of contact are for the duration of the project, etc.
Design: This step is where many new, original and innovative ideas are born. First drafts of copy are written. Web site mocks are created. Logo sketches become fully fleshed out designs. Ideas for product sampling promotions, brand ambassador uniforms and key talking points are presented.
Refine: With your review of our mocks, recommendations and first drafts, we take your direction and sprinkle in liberal portions of our professional expertise as needed. ;) From this stage emerges full scale prototypes how your project would look and operate. This is where a web site mock becomes a live site that you can click on and browse through for evaluation purposes. wHere is where a second draft of press release copy is written incorporating your and our edits and revisions to the previous version.
Towards the end of this leg of the journey, we're very close to achieving those high reaching ideals, goals and visions initially intended for the project. To get us there completely, we take your second round review of updated drafts and mocks through the final phase of tweaking and adjustments until you approve the final version.
Execute: Your completed project is released for customers, visitors or your clients to see, touch and feel. This can be a web site released live to the web; a print design job sent to the press; or a team of brand ambassadors targeting attendees at a major event or convention with your product and message.
